An Ideal Remodel

A buyer’s dream; this home had been beautifully remodeled with lovely, neutral, high-end finishes. Despite the dreaminess, the market still called for staging to make the home come to life. We wanted to make the space look and feel like home without detracting from the delightful details of house itself.

Lake Stevens Staging

This partial stage included the Master Bedroom as well as the main living space. This front entry opened right into this large oddly shaped room but we got to work making it feel natural and inviting. The dining space came together nicely with it being open to the kitchen with a fireplace included.

Beachy Mukilteo Dream

This was a partial stage in which we were asked to stage an unused formal living room and dining space. The homeowner was so pleased with the original room that they asked us to come back and fill in the rest of the downstairs living space. We were able to help the homeowner utilize their furnishings in the rest of the house, adding fun accents, textiles and artwork to an already beautiful home. The listing agent was able to cancel the Open House as this home got multiple offers the same day it went on the market.

Modern Millcreek Stunner

This was an exceptionally fun project. The home was practically a new build and the homeowners had a ton of great pieces of furniture already. I was able to come in and style the space, adding textiles, art, plants and decor for an impressive finished product. The goal with this home was to make it feel like you already live there and it certainly worked! The homeowners received multiple offers over asking price within hours of listing.

Warm Bothell Beauty

Unfortunately for the homeowner, this gem had sat vacant for 4 months without a single offer. The owner decided to switch agents and his new agent recommended staging. We were happy to get the job! This large split level home didn’t need much except for a little help showcasing how large and open the space was. We took inspiration from the warmth of the wood floors and made sure to draw focus to all the natural light present in the space. We had fun adding some Boho touches to this somewhat traditional home. Our staging day happened to fall right in the middle of a snow storm andso we really dug our heels into these earth tones. The warmth we created in the space really drew buyers in and helped make the sale! Once the home was staged it only took 5 days to receive a full price offer. Staging works!

Fresh Everett Rebuild

When I was approached to help get this home ready for sale, I was really touched by the sincere pride and care the homeowners had taken in rebuilding this home. It had previously burned down, a devastating event no doubt. This thoughtfully designed single family home was a blank slate and I was honored to be asked to bring life into the home. The home was neutral, but I pulled inspiration from the blue of the exterior and the new brushed nickel fixtures, keeping the spaces cohesive, light, bright and airy. With a touch of wilde and whimsy, the home was ready for market. This home sold for above asking price within 24 hours of being on the market.

Melody was so amazing and professional! Melody came in taking measurements and photos and soon after that had the staging done. The staging was truly mind-blowing. It converted the space of our house into something we could not have imagined! Truly beautiful!
